Jeremy Parker
Owner/Operator/Agent
Believe it or not, my real estate journey began some time ago at the age of 14. My parents divorced and a couple of years later we needed to sell my childhood home. I remember vividly the poor experience my mother had with our real estate agent and the way it affected her. Then it was time for both of my parents to find new homes. I thoroughly enjoyed that process and how differently both went about their individual home searches. This is where my passion for the industry really began to grow.
Upon my graduation from The University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 2009, I went straight into commercial real estate in Knoxville, TN. Needless to say, 2009-2010 were tough times for this 21-year-old trying to sell real estate during the ‘great recession’. In 2012, I moved to Chattanooga and after a 5-year stint in the outdoor retail/management world, I returned to commercial real estate at Keller Williams. Then in 2021, I started Evergreen Property Group where I now represent both buyers and sellers ranging from first-time home buyers all the way to commercial real estate investors, business owners, land developers, and just about everything in between. I am also personally invested in real estate in a number of different ways and continue to grow and diversify that portfolio that funds the life I want to live.
I strive to teach everyone the power real estate has to give them the decision-making power to take control of their lives and their futures.
